Custom Products & Private Labeling

Terms & Contidions

Customs Products

1. Formulation and Ingredients – Our R&D teams can create formulas for you based on your requirements. Prototype samples are normally developed within 21 days of deposit. Your prototype package will include samples of the products to evaluate, along with a complete ingredient list and an approval form.

2. Research and Development - a $450 R&D refundable* deposit is required for the development of test samples of formulations. (*discounted from your production order)

3. Custom Labeling - We can assist you with labeling for your products. We can provide you with labels at competitive rates and we can use your artwork* or we can design the labels for you. Our label design services require a non-refundable deposit of $350.00. * Artwork must be provided to us in .PDF or .jpeg format, not larger than 1meg. File size.

4. Custom Packaging Selection - will assist you in selecting packaging for your product and guide you through the process of artwork and design for the packaging if needed at a graduated fee starting at $200.00.

5. Payment - To begin the production process, A minimum of 1,000 units per product is required per order.   A 50% (non-refundable) down payment is required to begin production and the balance of 50% plus shipping is due for release of the product.

6. Allow 6-9 weeks in most cases for delivery of your completed custom products, from the time of order activation.

Private Label Stock Items

1. Private Labeling - The cost of labeling is included on stock items if you provide us with your own labels.  Labeling must meet ALL FDA and/or HPUS Labeling requirements.  Additionally, if you do not have labels, we can  assist you with labeling for stock items by providing you with labels at competitive rates.  We can use your camera ready artwork* or we can design the labels for you. Our label design services require a non-refundable deposit of $350.00. * Artwork must be provided to us in .PDF or .jpeg format, not larger than 1meg. File size.

2. Payment - To begin the production process, A minimum of 200 units per product is required per order.   A 50% (non-refundable) down payment is required to begin production and the balance of 50% plus shipping is due for release of the product.
