Addressing claims made by Simeon Cuffy:
AT NO TIME, HAS Simeon Cuffy, OR ANYONE ELSE IN THE BIOGENX GLOBAL PROGRAM, HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE RESEARCH, FORMULATION OR DEVELOPMENT OF Bio-Plene™RGC with IGF's I & II OR XOOY™.
Addressing claims made by Biogenx Global:
Our products Bio-Plene™ and XOOY™ have not been made available to the company Biogenx Global, LLC or its' affiliates or distributors since April of 2008. Any reference to the availability of our products through this program are suspect and we anyone attempting to purchase products from that organization exposes themselves to a potential "bait-and-switch" scheme.
Update-5/26/2010: On the following dates; April 23, 2010; April 27, 2010 and May 21, 2010 we received phone calls from Ronnie Ingley wherein he inquired about the wholesale purchase of of Bio-Plene™ for the purpose of resale to his customer/clients/distributors. When asked why he didn't obtain our products from Biogenx Global his response, which confirms our claims here, was simply: "They don't have any."
We have reported this company's actions and comments to Federal, State and Local Authorities.
We DO NOT endorse the Biogenx company, program or any of its' principals, and specifically we have NOT approved any comments by Simeon Cuffy, John "J.R." Radu, Art Edwards, Victor Roehrich, Al Peterson, Michael Armstrong, Cathy Crawford or Ronnie Ingley regarding but, not limited to our products or company.
Further, Tri-Health Products and its principals are indemnified of any and all consequences, financial or otherwise, that may arise as a result of decisions that any reader of this materials makes regarding dealing with the Biogenx company or any of its principals, distributors, members or customers.
