Just wanted to let you know that I was measured and weighed at “Curves” on Saturday. In the first month that I have taken Bio-Plene, I have lost 3 pounds and 10.2 % body fat! I have lost 6 inches. The lady that took my body fat measurement came back to do it again, because she had never seen such a tremendous change in one month. I am also feeling better and definitely sleeping better. I don't take the Bio-Plene at night until I'm IN BED, because I really am ready to go to sleep as soon as I take it.

Update:  At the end of five weeks on Bio-Plene Janet was again measured at Curves and now shows a 32% loss in body fat!  6 pounds and eleven overall inches lost!!!!  Way to go Janet!

Update #2:  When Janet started using Bio-Plene, she was measured at Curves and showed she had 47.2% of body fat.. Just 5 short months later she's now down to 26% body fat with an acceptable BMI for her height.  That's a 45% loss in body fat!!!  For a 68 year old diagnosed with hypothyroidism, that's sweet!  I guess there's just no stoppin' ya!!!
